SITUATED WITHIN THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER BUSINESS CENTRE OF DAR ES SALAAM CITY

v  Located at Catchment area, Heart of the City at the corner of Samora  and Ohio streets, loosely  known as “The Golden Triangle Centre”

v  Amazing Cityscape  View and providing uninterrupted beach view

v  Provision for Ample & Secure Parking at the Basement

v  24 Hours foolproof Security

v  The prospective proposed Budget Hotel will comprise:-

·         Basement floor with a total area of 1650m² - proposed to be used as parking lots, underground water reserve tank and Lift shaft base.

·         Ground floor with a total area of 1200m² - will cater for hotel lobby and lounge, restaurant, kitchen, storage room, public toilets and retail space

·         Mezzanine Floor with a total area of 1200m² - will cater for restaurant for hotel guests only, seminar rooms as well as staff offices.

·         The five floors above the mezzanine floor with total area 1100m² will cumulatively accommodate a total of 110 hotel rooms, with 22 rooms on each floor.

·         Terrace will accommodate terrace bar for residents, swimming pool and Gym.

v  UTT – Project and Infrastructure Development Plc. (UTT - PID) in collaboration with Community Development Trust Fund (CDTF), invites eligible and seasoned Hotel Operators for Development of the proposed hotel on “Build Operate and Transfer (BOT)” basis or “Pre-rental Payment Agreement” basis or purely as an Anchor Tenant [please  indicate your preference in the EOI].

v  Submit your updated Company profile and other legal documentations for due diligence purpose

v  The last date to submit the Expression of Interest is by the close of business hours [East African Time] on 02^st December, 2013
