15TH GRADUATION CEREMONY
This is to notify all the Institute finalists of the academic year 2012/13
and the General Public that the 15
th
Graduation Ceremony will be
held on Friday, 13th
December 2013 at the Institute’s premises, Njiro
Graduands wishing to attend the ceremony shall be required to pay a
non refundable fee of Tshs. 25,000/-through CRDB Bank Account
No. 01J1035916500 for hiring of graduation gowns. They should also
attend graduation rehearsals to be held on Thursday, 12th
December, 2013 from 02:30p.m. Gowns will be issued from
Tuesday, 08th
to Tuesday, 10th
Graduands who wish to participate in the ceremony are required to
confirm with the Registrar’s Office by phone call, letter or e-mail by
Wednesday, 11th
December, 2013. Those who are unable to attend
the ceremony will graduate in absentia.
All those wishing to attend the event shall be responsible for their
own travel, meals and accommodation.
