Angolan club Kabuscorp have signed Brazilian midfielder Rivaldo on a one-year contract for an undisclosed fee.
The 39-year old has agreed terms with the Angolan club and penned the deal on Saturday.
Rivaldo, 1999 FIFA World Footballer of the Year becomes the first major signing for the Angolan club, who were runners-up last year.
Kabuscorp will be playing in the CAF Champions League and are banking on the experience of the veteran midfielder to make an impression.
It will be the first time Rivaldo will be playing outside Europe, Asia and his native Brazil.
The lanky midfielder has had stints with Deportivo La Coruna, Barcelona, AC Milan, Olympaicos, AEK Athens amongst other throughout his chequered career.
